Mascot has expanded its 3743 and 3546 multifunctional, high-performance Blueline charger models to include a new NiMH version. These two new models can be configured and use smart logic to optimize battery performance, combined with powerful -dV sensitivity detection, and low battery temperature at the end of fast charging. A single charge ensures that all batteries are fully charged and balanced. The maximum output power of the 3743 charger is 15W, and the maximum output power of the 3546 model is 27W.

Safety protection features include short-circuit error indication, reverse polarity, battery pack charging error, and safety timer timeout.

Use the Configurable Battery Charger (CBC) kit with PC interface, the charger can be configured through the output cable, and has a series of custom charging parameter settings, including dV, dT/dt, 0 dV, timer, safe timing Detector, dV threshold and temperature gradient adjustment. CBC can also be configured on site. Other customized specifications are available upon request, including special connectors, power cords, logo printing, shell/open frame/IP rating and certificates.

The new charger is very suitable for consumers' various medical and industrial applications; users will appreciate the optimized uptime and turnaround time of battery-powered equipment. Both models have passed EN 60601-1 version 3.1 medical certification and EN 60601-1-11 for home health use. They have also passed the UL certification of the US medical standards and comply with the latest US DoE and CEC efficiency requirements.

There are currently five standard versions available (3-6, 4-8, 5-10, 6-12 and 10-20 batteries).
